Hedeselskabet Sp. z o.o. is 100% owned by Dalgasgroup.


Dalgasgroup is owned by Hedeselskabet, which is an association that has the status of a business foundation. Hedeselskabet has an equity capital of more than half a billion Danish kroner. The company has an annual turnover of DKK 1.3 billion and can count more than 1,100 committed employees.

Dalgasgroup discharges its mission within the areas of nature and the environment through activities such as its ownership of the subsidiaries HedeDanmark (www.hededanmark.com) and Orbicon (www.orbicon.com). We have similar aims through our interests in Xergi (www.xergi.com) and the Polish landfill gas plants. The company also administer a considerable portfolio of forest properties.
